Our Mission
The Montgomery County SPCA, Inc., (MCSPCA) is an all-volunteer, 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to the humane treatment of animals that has been serving Maryland, the District of Columbia & Northern Virginia since 1973. We are independent, locally based, and funded completely by donations. MCSPCA has no physical shelter, meaning all our cats are lovingly cared for in foster homes until they are adopted.
